With a career spanning nearly four decades, Kathy brings unmatched experience and perspective to real estate. She began in 1985 as a mortgage consultant, equipping her with a strategic, numbers-driven approach that benefits every client she serves. After moving into sales in 2006, Kathy earned Rookie of the Year in 2007 and has since led her team to top-tier rankings within Keller Williams Realty and the Georgia MLS. The Coots Team reflects Kathy’s leadership philosophy: exceptional service, honest advice, and results delivered with integrity.

Amy Bingaman graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1999 with a degree in Business Marketing. Her background includes extensive management experience along with two years in mortgage finance, giving her a strong foundation in both strategy and process. Amy brings a proactive approach to every transaction, anticipating challenges before they arise to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for buyers. Known for her dedication to service and clear communication, Amy is passionate about helping clients find a home that truly fits their needs. Amy and her husband, Kevin, are the proud parents of three children.

Lisa Howell joins our team with a background of 14 years of office management experience and customer service. These management skills will be invaluable when working with real estate clients. Lisa has earned real-life experience in her management position that makes her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. She entered the real estate industry in order to have more time with her family, meet new people and help others accomplish their real estate goals and hasn’t looked back. Lisa lives in Grayson, GA with her husband John, they have been married 10 years and have one child. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active and reading. 

Amy Francoeur became a Real Estate Agent because she is passionate about helping people and will go the extra mile to ensure that your home buying/selling process is as fun, educational, and stress-free as possible. She is a native Georgian, having grown up in the Savannah area, but has lived in Gwinnett County since 2003.  Her first career in education has given her the skills of patience, persistence, and problem-solving that is needed when working in the Real Estate field.  Amy is married to DJ and they have a beautifully blended family of four children.  When not attending their own children's sporting events, you can find her family cheering on the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Southern Eagles.  Being an agent is a dream come true for Amy, and she hopes to help make your dreams come true, too.

Darien left the corporate world in 2013 to join Kathy in building the family business. His strong work ethic and disciplined approach quickly made him an essential part of the team. Darien oversees the financial operations of the team and and assists with listing management, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and consistency. His behind-the-scenes leadership allows the team to deliver a seamless, high-level experience for every client.

 Michelle Taylor joined our team in 2018. She is a Tennessee native who has lived in Georgia since 2002. She has been happily married to a fellow Tennessee native since 2006.  Michelle began her career in the real estate industry in 2002.  Real Estate is her passion, but where she really shines is behind the scenes. Michelle says, "I thrive on paperwork and checklists, which help me work hard to get the job done". 

Lily Morris is a Georgia native with a background in hospitality, customer service, and marketing. Growing up in Gwinnett and now living in Covington, she brings valuable local insight and a passion for helping others to her real estate career. Lily is dedicated to serving her clients with care, professionalism, and clear communication. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and visiting local restaurants. Whether you're buying or selling, Lily is ready and eager to help you reach your real estate goals.  

Anna is a Newton County native, giving her a deep-rooted understanding of the local market and the people who call it home. Her firsthand knowledge, combined with a genuine passion for helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest decisions, allows her to deliver thoughtful, informed guidance every step of the way. Anna joined the Coots Team in 2025 and is proud to serve the community she’s always called home.
